If you are lacking the funds to make the major down payment on a property required in most commercial mortgages, then SBA financing may be the right choice for you.

Basic SBA Loan Terms

Borrowers are able to finance commercial property construction or acquisition up to $5 million with the 7(a) program and $15 million under the 504 program. These loans comes with very competitive rates and flexible terms. In many cases, we can offer up to 90% financing in a 25-year amortizing loan.

Eligible Borrowers:

  • For-profit, non-publicly traded businesses
  • Tangible business net worth (including affiliates) not to exceed $15 million
  • Average net income of the business not to exceed $5 million over the previous two years
  • Taxes must be current
  • Ownership must generally be comprised of 51% U.S. citizens or Legal Permanent Residents
  • Owner’s business must occupy at least 51% of the subject property

SBA loans are not eligible for borrowers of passive income rental or personal property.
